You can use the Starter site section if you wish to import a complete layout pack for your LMS site while using the Tutor Starter theme. The starter site will add demo content and create a site with pre-built content for you. 
There are two buttons under the 4 types of starter sites here. Select the type of starter site you want to import depending on your eLearning needs.
- Preview: This shows a real-time preview to see the final result.
- Import: Choose which builder you want to use to import the starter site. You can either choose from:
- Gutenberg-based demo using Qubely
- Elementor-based demo using the Elementor page builder
