Kirki is a collection of tools & controls that allow developers to build rich user experiences in the WordPress customizer.
Should you use Kirki?
Kirki is for WordPress developers building complex themes or plugins that require dozens of controls, complex CSS & live-preview (postMessage) functionality.
If you do not have an understanding of PHP, JS, the WordPress Customizer, and its APIs you should not use Kirki.
