The Checkout Configuration page in Tutor LMS allows you to customize how customers purchase your courses. This documentation explains each setting and how it affects your students’ buying experience.
Accessing Checkout Configuration
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
- Navigate to Tutor LMS > Settings
- Click on the Checkout menu under the Monetization settings
Here are the available settings of the Tutor LMS Checkout page:
- Enable Coupon Code: This setting allows you to control whether students can apply coupon codes during the checkout process.
- Enable “Buy Now” Button: Enabling this setting will replace the ‘Add to cart’ button with a ‘Buy Now’ button and allow the visitors to purchase the course by skipping the cart page.
- Enable Guest Checkout: This setting allows users to purchase courses without creating an account. An account will be automatically generated using the billing information provided during checkout. After a successful purchase, the user will receive a password reset email. By following the link and setting a new password, their account will be ready to use immediately.
