Frontend Customisation

You can add many functional features using frontend editor. The following widgets come with Newskit:

Themeum Title

Content: Using this widget you can add any link to a title. You can also set the title size and alignment.

Style: You can customize the related styling of this widget from the “Style” tab. You can change the color and text link color of Title. You can also set the typography, padding, and border.

Advanced: The “Advanced” tab will let you take control over few advanced options including Background, Border, Margin, Padding, Responsiveness and Custom CSS.

Themeum Top Headline

Post Element: You can set the number of posts you want to show in the top headline. You can change the number of columns from one to four. To show posts from a particular category select the desired category from “Product Category”. To control the ordering select “Ascending/Descending” from “Order”. You can also set the word limit of a post title.

Style: You can customize the related styling of this widget from the “Style” tab. You can change the color and typography of Title and Subtitle and also can adjust the Alignment.

Advanced: The “Advanced” tab will let you take control over few advanced options including Background, Border, Margin, Padding, Responsiveness and Custom CSS.

Themeum Post Slider

Post Element: You can add a post slider using this widget. You just need to set the number of posts you want to show in the slider and select the category.

Social Share: You can enable social sharing in the slider. Option for Facebook, Twitter, G-Plus, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are available for now.

Style: You can customize the styling of this widget from the “Style” tab. You can change the color and typography of Title and Subtitle and also can adjust the Alignment.

Advanced: The “Advanced” tab will let you take control over few advanced options including Background, Border, Margin, Padding, Responsiveness and Custom CSS.

Themeum Latest Post

Post Element: This widget provides five preset styles for showing latest post. This option also lets you define the number of posts to show. You can choose a certain category or all category.  Select whether you want to show the name of the category or not. You can control the ordering: Ascending/Descending. Similarly, and can also control the text limit of the content.

Social Share: You can enable social sharing just by setting up the links of your desired social media. Facebook, Twitter, G-Plus, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are available for now. If you don’t want to show any, just leave the field blank.

Style: You can customize the styling of this widget from the “Style” tab. You can change the color and typography of Title and Subtitle and also can adjust the Alignment.

Themeum News Feed

Three presets are there for styling your news feed. You can set number of posts and their respective category from “Post Category”

Social Share: You can enable social sharing in the slider. Option for Facebook, Twitter, G-Plus, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are available for now.

Style: You can customize the styling of this widget from the “Style” tab. You can change the color and typography of Title and Subtitle and also can adjust the Alignment.

Advanced: The “Advanced” tab will let you take control over few advanced options including Background, Border, Margin, Padding, Responsiveness and Custom CSS.

Themeum Video Post

Post Element: Two video style presets are there for you to chose. You can set the number of posts you want to show in this widget. To select your desired category select one from “Post Category”

Social Share: You can enable social sharing just by setting up the links of your desired social media. Facebook, Twitter, G-Plus, LinkedIn and Pinterest are available for now. If you don’t want to show any, just leave the field blank.

Themeum Post Gallery

Post element: With the help of this widget you can show the featured images of all the posts available on your site. To show a particular category, select your desired category from “Post Category” and to choose the oderging select Ascending/Descending from “Order”.

Style: You can set gallery background color and enable/disable gallery thumbnail from style tab.

Advanced: The “Advanced” tab will let you take control over few advanced options including Background, Border, Margin, Padding, Responsiveness and Custom CSS.

Post Element: You can set the number of posts you want to show with this widget and to determine the ordering select “Ascending/Descending” from Order.

Social Share: You can enable social sharing just by setting up the links of your desired social media. Facebook, Twitter, G-Plus, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are available for now. If you don’t want to show any, just leave the field blank.

Themeum Poll

This widget is used for showing polls that are created from the backend. To add a poll go to Dashboard > Themeum Poll > New Themeum Poll. You can add questions to the poll from “Poll Question Settings”.

When a poll is submitted it will immediately show the poll results. To customize the styling of title/subtitle and wave, you need to browse to “Style” tab. You can set the border type from 6 preset border styling.

Advanced: The “Advanced” tab will let you take control over few advanced options including Background, Border, Margin, Padding, Responsiveness and Custom CSS.

Themeum Twitter Feed

Content: To get started with Twitter Feed widget first you need to set up “Consumer Key” and “Consumer Secret”. Then you need to set the username of your account. Don’t forget to put @ before your username. You can control the length and post limit for your Twitter Feed. You can also change the card style from “Avatar Style”.

Style: You can customize the styling of this widget from the “Style” tab. You can change the color & typography card style and few general styling from this tab.

Advanced: The “Advanced” tab will let you take control over few advanced options including Background, Border, Margin, Padding, Responsiveness and Custom CSS.
